At the launching event of the Mekong Salt Lab project, TWA Director, Gregor Van Essen, had a brief introduction about the advantage of sharing knowledge & collaboration in saline intrusion as a global issue.
Vietnam is not the only individual country dealing with it so far. Salinity adaptation concept needs full involvement in domestic & international enterprises, people, knowledge institutes & local government. The Water Agency is honored to connect TVU deeply with related & potential international resources in research, education, advocacy, financing schemes… The Mekong Salt Lab project in The Asia Climate Lab online platform could create community networks for everyone.
