Prior to implementing their projects on the ground, the seven finalists of the UNESCO Water Resilience Challenge 2024: Road to Bali were equipped with training by Gregor van Essen from The Water Agency. In the first of the two topics he presented, Gregor explained on how to create a good Implementation Planning—a framework essential to make a concrete and actionable plan, ensuring the projects’ objectives are achieved.
