There are general provisions of zoning regulations in different areas, such as residential areas, wetlands, fisheries, trade and services, city centers, commercial streets, industrial areas, and agricultural areas. General provisions of zoning regulations in riparian areas are supposed to be an open green space, no residential buildings, and buildings for public use.
