Hello Kimsrorng, to join the program, it’s necessary to be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled as an active university student. Yet, if you possess a strong passion for water resilience and can form a group whose members collectively fulfill the program’s criteria, we strongly encourage you to consider registering.
Regarding the required proof, you can submit your high school graduation certification or any similar documentation that includes your graduation year.
