What should we do if our university’s “Proof Active Student” document is in Malay. We don’t have any English version of documents to prove that we are active student.

Hello Morvareed, in that case, it might be helpful to request an official letter in English from your university confirming your active student status. If that is not feasible, your student ID card in combination with the existing document in Malay could also be considered as an alternative proof.
