Introduction
Vietwater 2025 is Southeast Asia’s leading water and wastewater trade event, attracting thousands of visitors and top experts from across the region. This year, The Water Agency will host a Water Tech Innovation Lounge inside the Netherlands Pavilion at Vietwater 2025. Innovators from universities, research institutes, and start-ups are invited to present their water-technology innovations on an international stage. We are looking for innovations under 08 categories:
- Smart Water Systems: IoT-enabled monitoring, data-driven leak detection, AMI networks.
- Water-Sensitive Urban Design: Nature-based stormwater management, urban rain gardens, permeable pavements.
- Climate-Smart Agriculture: Drought-resistant crops, precision irrigation, agroforestry.
- Circular Water Use: Wastewater recycling, greywater reuse, nutrient recovery.
- Flood Early Warning Systems: Sensors and data integration for timely flood alerts.
- Blue-Green Infrastructure: Urban wetlands, green roofs, bioswales.
- Water Financing: Innovative models like green bonds, community investment platforms.
- Water Pollution Monitoring: Real-time sensors, remote sensing, AI analytics.
